Join the Women’s beginner ride leaving from Bell Road Cycle Nutrition and Training every Saturday.
Start Time: 7 – 7:15 AM
What: This is going to be a beginner ride at a slow pace to familiarize individuals with riding their bikes as well as riding with a group. This is going to be lots of fun and no pressure at all so come out and rediscover your bicycle and start building your fitness. We’ll be leaving the store between 7:00 – 7:15.
